Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Document production activities accurately, including batch records and inventory levels.
• Assist in the training of new operators and provide ongoing support to team members as required.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, collaborating with supervisors to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
• Previous machine operating experience, preferably operating a tablet press machine.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Basic understanding of production processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
