Job Overview
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals and post-sale support. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage pre-sales strategies, and ensure our solutions meet client needs while driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the value and benefits of our technology solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless pre-sales support and project implementation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Track sales performance, reporting on progress and areas for growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven success in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of pre-sales processes and the ability to engage technical stakeholders.
- Experience in solution-based selling.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
- $62,000 + Commission + Benefits
- Commission: Performance-based incentives with a tiered commission structure (10%)
