Job Requirements

• Previous Press Break Operator experience of at least 2 years.
• Attention to detail.
• Operate equipment according to safe work practices.
• Read job instructions/blueprints to cut.
• Preform set-ups, minor troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Assemble components of standard and engineered to order products using hand toos, torque drivers, pneumatic tools.
• Perform machine adjustments.
• Complete production documentation.
• Stand for 8+ hour shifts.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to climb stair ladders.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines.
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned.
• Perform hands-on tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace.
• Inspect and test finished product according to quality standards.
• Work closely with production management to provide feedback on quality of product.
• Ensure product meets customer specifications.
• May work individually or in team environment.
• May use computer systems for recordkeeping.
