Job Opening: Sales Trainee – Get Paid to Get Licensed

Are you interested in becoming a licensed insurance Agent? We are currently hiring for individuals who are ready to take a new career path to becoming licensed to sell life and health insurance. Individuals in this role will be taken through sales training and the process of obtaining your state license, all paid for by the company. To be considered, all candidates must be eligible to obtain their resident state license in Nebraska. This position will require working on-site in downtown Omaha, NE. Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm

$19-$20/hour plus monthly commissions after training and licensing are complete

Job Responsibilities of a Licensed Life/Health Insurance Agent after training:

• Manage inbound sales calls
• Collect personal client information
• Determine proper coverage based on information gathered
• Create applications for insurance coverage

Job Requirements

• Must live in the metro Omaha, NE area and be able to work on-site in downtown Omaha, NE
• Must be able to meet state eligibility to obtain a resident Life/Health license
• Candidates with a license welcome but not required
• Must have experience and longevity in a previous sales position
• Comfortable with computers, multitasking multiple programs
• Can type 45+ WPM
• Able to quickly learn and retain new information
• High School Diploma
• Good verbal and written communication skills are a must
• This position requires sitting at a computer for an 8 hour shift
