Job Opening: Senior Financial Analyst

Position: Senior Financial Analyst (Permanent)

Location: Honolulu

Industry: Non-Profit

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 annually (depending on experience)

Parking: Provided on-site

A local organization is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial data analysis and develop financial documentation for decision-makers.

Requirements:

• Prepare and provide reports and other collateral to analyze and recommend courses of action
• Gather and interpret information to develop analysis and reporting capabilities to assist other departments with financial and operation assessments
• Provide analysis for sales, marketing and operations
• Reconciliations of accounts and overall accounting functions
• Research budget to actual variances and be able to analyze this data
• Create and maintain system reports and effectively track and measure financial and operations company performance
• Support the month end reporting process including analyzing actuals to budget and prior year variances
• Provide other support as needed

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in financial or business analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration ; equivalent experience may be substituted for education
• Ability to apply financial analysis and accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Power Point and working knowledge of MS Word

Pay: $80,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience
