Job Opening: Operations Manager (Evening)

Local organization looking for an Operations Manager to include oversight of a restaurant operation!  Hours are 1 pm to 10 pm.  Located in Leeward Oahu.

Job Duties:

• Effectively communicate with all departments within the operations
• Serve as a liaison between operations and sales staff
• Implement new policies and procedures to improve operations
• Oversee staffing scheduling for the operations
• Monitor all overtime costs for the department
• Complete all necessary personnel paperwork
• Assist department managers
• Ensure that all areas are supported with operational efficiencies 
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and support functions
• Other operations duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years or similar operations background
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

$75-85K, depending on experience
