***Remote Customer Care Representative position
The Customer Care Representative works directly with customers to provide timely and accurate resolution of standard support problems, return requests, and other post-sale issues. Priorities for this position are customer satisfaction and problem resolution from a post-sale standpoint.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage the RMA inboxes and distribute the incoming emails accordingly. • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email as appropriate • Work independently to solve support issues ensuring that all critical cases or highly complex situations are quickly transferred to appropriate senior staff member for immediate attention and proper escalation. • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problem resolution. • Maintain a high level of technical competence on products and related technologies.
• Report new or recurring problems to design departments • Coordinate with internal Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams to retrieve parts failed in the field.
• Assist with all related customer correspondence and processing of returns and replacements in ERP system. Ensure timely delivery of replacement parts to warranty and contracted customers
• Accurately document customer information and a detailed problem/issue description of all support calls/emails in a call/email tracking system • Handle and document all steps of the Request for Material Acquisition (RMA) process for failed product in return for failure analysis • Coordinates credit approvals and labor requests for warranty issues Position Criteria: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to establish strong internal and external customer relationships. • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stress. • Strong organizational skills
