Job Opening: Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep Temp, late September to late October

Remedy Staffing is seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join a local organization! This would be a temporary position, from 09/25/23 to 10/20/23. Your help would be highly appreciated!

• Schedule: M-F/ 6:30 AM- 3:30 PM
• Pay: $18 per hour
• Parking is included!

Job Duties:

• Answers incoming phone calls and emails from customers, technicians, property management companies, and other individuals
• Dispatch and assign service work orders in a timely manner
• Generates work order (WO), follow up with inquiries until completed, contacts service address and office for scheduling, assists technicians with contacted their point of contacts, and locating old work orders (WOs) regarding the site.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the Plumbing Service Support Manager and/or Plumbing Service

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma. Associate’s degree, preferred
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have strong computer, customer service, and communication skills
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet all employment requirements, including drug screening
