Responsibilities: As a Executive Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Design and refine menu items that reflect our culinary philosophy.
Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and consistency.
Assisting in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to achieve optimal financial results.
Overseeing food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Leading by example with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Culinary experience in progressively responsible roles, including supervisory experience.
Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training is preferred.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and presentation styles.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
Understanding of food cost control, portion management, and kitchen best practices.
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plus.
