Job Opening: Customer Service Represenative

Remedy Staffing is partnered with a printing company in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative in their shipping department.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 8:30AM – 5PM Monday – Thursday and 7:30AM – 4:00PM on Friday
Position Summary:
Work closely with the customer and internal departments via email, phone, and in person communications to answer questions, resolve issues, process orders, and ship product. Input orders and manage the production spreadsheet for internal and customer use. Backup Shipping Team Leader in all aspects of Shipping/Receiving while maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality/accuracy.
Position Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for the customer. Answer questions as they are asked, give updates as needed, and communicate in a timely fashion.
- Enter new orders into the system as they are received.
- Update order spreadsheet based on need by dates and production times.
- Work with the Scheduler and Production Lead to ensure all information is accurate and updated based on the customer’s requests.
- Coordinating shipment of product to meet customer’s requested in hands date.
- Calculating freight quotes.
- Creating and sending freight documents, invoices, and inventory counts as requested/needed.
