Inventory Clerk Maintain an attitude that supports company policies and goals • Provide feedback to management regarding the software System and possible Improvements • Use software system perform accurate transactions in the Material Handling Processes: o Check and Audit Inventory for Accuracy in the System (cycle counts). o Inventory movements to assist in warehouse organization o Perform transactions in a timely fashion throughout all warehouse functions o Other general transactions as needed • Use software system to run reports to monitor performance and accuracy of inventory transactions o Investigate Inventory Discrepancies and Report Root Causes to Supervisor o Run various reports to identify inventory negatives o Monitor material constraints using a report and communicate status to scheduling o Other reports in different areas as needed • Maintain warehouse organization in accordance with a collaboration between the team and the supervisor, including physical interaction with materials • Work within the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Warehouse to generate improvements to meet and exceed company goals • Establish and Maintain a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Warehouse department • Follow Standard Work structure for execution of daily, weekly, monthly responsibilities
• Communicate quickly and accurately as needed with other departments and through email if necessary • Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly • High energy level with ability to take initiative
