Remedy staffing is hiring for a Customer Service Administrator in FAIRPORT, NY! Days: Monday-Friday Shift: 7am – 3:30pm Pay rate: $19.00-22.00 / Hour Candidates with manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. Principal Job Functions Skills Interface with customers on post-sales activities (service repair or calibration etc.). Provide service/parts quotes, follow up with customer/service partners. Process order upon receipt of purchase order and see thru till service is completed. Ensure customer satisfaction as well as meeting service sales targets and quality operation metrics. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and service partners. Monitoring and follow up of overseas transship jobs Coordinate with various functions/departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Tabulate service/parts service status reports. Attend to walk-in customers. Occasional packaging of small parcels for transshipment is required.
