Job Opening: Customer Service Representative
Description
Well respected and established call center in the Omaha area is hiring for a new client’s needs! This department will provide scheduling support for customer’s calling in.
Dispatching or scheduling experience preferred, call center experience required.
Multiple shifts and schedules available, must be flexible to work 1 weekend day | $16.50/hr
Shift differentials of 5% and 10% for various shifts!

Job Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in a call center environment
- Utilize multiple systems and screens at once
- Answer customer inquiries about upcoming appointments or schedule changes
Next training class starting first week of August!
- Previous Call Center experience
- Basic computer skills
- Able to multi-task
- Able to work independently
