- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting bank customers with navigating the bank’s website and application.
- Address and resolve inquiries related to online banking, password resets, account access, and other website or application-related concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support capacity, will be highly advantageous.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating websites and applications comfortably.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently.
