Job Duties:

• Handle high volume calls in a fast-paced call center environment, providing top-notch service to members.
• Assist members with inquiries related to their health plan’s medical benefits.
• Conduct data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Check claims history to prevent any claim denials currently in process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

 

 

Qualifications:

• Excellent listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills are crucial to excel in this role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective member interactions.
• Prior experience in a call center environment or a medical/clinical setting is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with medical insurance processes.
