Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 2pm-11pm
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Call Center experience
- Supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Job Duties Include:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers providing telephone customer support services.
- Perform Customer Service Representative Tasks, providing call center customer satisfaction and ensuring productivity of direct reports for assigned customer(s) and products.
- Manage all workflow for direct reports.
- Manage a team of 10-20 direct reports at a time
- Assure directs are meeting established KPI’s
- Track employee productivity and manage individual team members
- Identify concerns and communicate them to Manager
- Work with Workforce Management to identify schedule needs
- Complete daily tasks weekly, monthly tasks in a timely manner as determined by Operations Manager
- Complete QA’s and track reporting for direct reports to ensure goals are being met
- Provide communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.
- Train, motivate, develop and coach a team of Representatives; Develop and maintain product efficiency and effectiveness reporting
- Provide direct product support to customer(s) and departments outside the call center to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Counsel Representatives on immediate concerns that arise during the shift
- Work with Manager to make necessary changes in staffing based on customer needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Director
