OBJECTIVE:

• Assist in the set-up of McGard equipment and tooling in support of McGard floor personnel

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Equipment changeovers, adjustments, and operation.
• Verify work instruction and set-up machine parameters.
• Create programs for marking equipment and verifies location and size per print.
• Maintains production tooling and creates work orders for repair or replacement.
• Ability to learn company software.
• Assists in departments organization projects (furniture setups, labeling, etc.).
• Engraves gages, prototypes, tooling, and other materials as needed for Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, & Tool Room

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and orally.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Read & comprehend Bill of Materials.
• Comprehend and troubleshoot mechanical equipment.
