Job Opening: Customer Service – 2nd Shift
Description
INCREDIBLE Customer Service opportunity to join fast growing team within a well-known employer in downtown Omaha, NE! Must have 2 years recent call center experience and live in the Omaha metro area. This position requires working on-site but has the potential to become hybrid in Omaha in the future.
Monday – Friday Schedule
2nd Shift – 11:30am – 8:00pm
Annual Base Pay – $33,700 PLUS COMMISSION!!!
***Customer Service Representatives are earning additional incentives up to $1000/month!
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Field inbound calls from customers with questions regarding their account and insurance policies
- Research and provide information to customers inquiries including claims information, billing assistance, policy information and more
Ideal candidates for the Customer Service Representative should have:
- A minimum of 2 years if recent call center experience
- stable work history demonstrating their customer service experience
- the ability to maintain reliable and predictable attendance
- positive work experience within a call center environment
- the interest in joining one of Omaha’s most successful companies!
