INCREDIBLE Customer Service opportunity to join fast growing team within a well-known Omaha, NE employer!
***Must have 2 years recent call center experience and live in the Omaha metro area. ***
This position requires working on-site but has the potential to become hybrid in Omaha in the future. =
Monday – Friday Schedule
1st Shift – Flexible Daytime Hours between 7am to 6pm
Annual Base Pay – $31,700 PLUS COMMISSION!!!
Customer Service Representatives are making up to $1000 more per month with incentives!
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Field inbound calls from customers with questions regarding their account and insurance policies
- Calls include basic claims information, billing assistance, policy information and more
Ideal candidates for the Customer Service Representative should have:
- A minimum of 2 years if recent call center experience
- stable work history demonstrating their customer service experience
- the ability to maintain reliable and predictable attendance
- positive work experience within a call center environment
- the interest in joining one of Omaha’s most successful companies!
