W2s will be available online January 31, 2017 if you have signed up for an electronic copy.
Please be aware that if you had not updated your address prior to January 10, 2017 deadline you have two options:
1. Sign up for electronic copy:
Associate will be able to create a personal login account on the CIC Plus website (www.paperlessemployee.com/associates) beginning January 23, 2017. However, W2s will not be accessible until January 31, 2017.
Associates will need the following information to create their login: Employee ID (found on check stub), SSN or SIN, first three letters of the last name.
If a log-in was created in any previous year, the same User ID and Password can be used. You can also call the W-2 hotline at 877-737-9687 to have your credentials reset if needed.
2. Request a copy of your W2 on February 13, 2017 online on the CIC Plus website. www.paperlessemployee.com/associates
