Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Stage and move materials in coordination with the machine schedules
  •  Bringing raw materials to the machines
  • Make deliveries of finished product to the next operation
  • Take empty pallets to their proper locations for re-use
  • Take process waste to the recycling area
  • Aerate and jogging skids of paper as required
  • Assist with machine change-overs
  • Load and Unload "Sheeter" Roll stands
  • Split roll cores
  • Cut paper stock to size using the straight cutter when required
  • Delivery of Chemicals and Coating drums to the printing presses
  • Change out scrap bins as required
  • Tag In-Process materials based on color priority system
  • Safely operate electric powered pallet mover
  • Safely operate electric powered fork truck
  • Safe operation of the jogger/aerator Machine

Position Prerequisites:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous operation of material moving equipment (fork truck, pallet truck, etc.) preferred
  • Previous Industrial experience
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more
  • Printing experience is a plus

Shift:

7:50AM-4:00PM

 

Pay:
